Beets and carrots juice – salad in a glass

Ingredients

  • 10 - 12 medium organic carrots, peeled
  • 1 medium-sized red beet, peeled
  • 2 medium-sized organic green apples, peeled
  • 2 spinach leaves
  • 2 celery stalks

Directions

  • 1. Wash peel and cut all ingredients to fit your juicer.
  • 2. Juice all ingredients.
  • 3. Pour juice into a large pitcher.
  • 4. Serve cold or with ice cubes.
